Euro Collision did an excellent job with my vehicle. This is the second time I’ve brought a vehicle to them, and both times they made the repairs quickly (delivering them before the stated end date), and were very good about communication. They worked well with my insurance and rental vehicle also. I would definitely bring vehicles to them again in the future.

Excellent service and outstanding workmanship! I brought my car in for paint repair after noticing scratches and damage on the side panels, and the results were amazing. The color match was perfect, and the car looked like new again when I picked it up. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair was completed on time, and the attention to detail really showed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality paint and body repair work!

This place offers atrocious repair services, terrible customer service, and third-rate claims management. I brought my work van in to be repaired after it was hit while parked. From minute one, the estimator, Mariana, was completely unpleasant and rude. They proceeded to repair the damage in pieces, forcing me to bring my vehicle back three separate times just to get the job finished. The last time I took it in, they couldn’t even figure out how to fix a faulty door sensor. They ended up sending me to a dealership to pay out-of-pocket for a repair they were supposed to handle but couldn't. To make matters worse, when they gave me the final receipt, the total coincidentally matched my exact deductible cap ($5,000). This highly suspicious billing obviously caused major issues when trying to get reimbursed by my insurance company. This third-rate mechanic shop is an absolute disgrace in every sense of the word. Stay away! Picture of receipt:

Euro Collision has repaired my vehicle on two separate occasions, and I’ve always received stellar customer service and high-quality work. Nanci at the front desk is consistently polite and helpful. I worked with Victor as my repair representative both times, and he was always timely and responsive whenever I had questions or needed additional information. During my most recent repair, they even took the time to clean the inside of my vehicle. I drove away feeling like I was in a brand-new carβ€”that’s how incredible of a job they did. I highly recommend Euro Collision of Rogers Park for your body repair needs.

As soon I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized it looks the waiting room area and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area had even some complimentary coffee and water which it’s always a nice gesture. Process what super easy and modern, the inspector took some pictures asked me if I had any question and right went I left the shop I got my first text with updates. During the days my car was a the shop I received few text with the updates of my car, absolutely love this to avoid calling them. My car was expected to be done by 4pm and actually they called me at noon to let me know car was ready. I finally went to get my car and the finishes were AMAZING, the car looks like it never had any accident, really a great job. Something that I got super surprised about and even very happy about was that car was given to me clean which I wasn’t expecting. I really would give this place 10 stars instead of 5 cause the whole process and service were just OUTSTANDING.
